Fears of fourth wave as COVID-19 cases rise in Canada's west

Global News shows that certain rising cases of COVID-19 in Alberta and British Columbia are fuelling concerns over a fourth pandemic wave. 

The majority of new infections are happening among people who haven't been partially vaccinated. That's prompted some areas to reinstate face mask mandates. Heather Yourex-West reports on the alarms being raised over the recent surge.
