Canada: April 3, 2021: More COVID-19 measures with Easter long weekend

Global National shows that Canadian provinces that have been hard-hit by COVID-19 are taking more measures to curb the rapid spread, but new variants are competing with pandemic fatigue. Abigail Bimman has more.

It seems that Canada’s COVID-19 vaccine supply is expected to ramp up in the coming weeks. Highly transmissible variants are a problem for Canada right now.

Global National for Canada on April 3, 2021 is pretty interesting. More Coronavirus COVID-19 measures are coming with the Easter long weekend.

There are many Covid-19  variants out there. All viruses certainly mutate as they make copies of themselves to spread and thrive. SARS-CoV-2, the virus the causes COVID-19, is proving to be no different. There are currently more than 4,000 variants of COVID-19, which has certainly already killed more than 2.7 million people worldwide during the dangerous global pandemic.
