Coronavirus: Ontario confirms 1st cases of new COVID-19 variant in Canada


It is now more important than ever that people follow the important lockdown rules because of the Coronavirus Covid-19 Pandemic and new virus variants.

Ontario confirmed Canada's first known cases of a new Coronavirus COVID-19 variant that was first identified in the U.K. but has been found in various countries including Belgium and Australia.

The Ontario province made the announcement on Saturday. Ontario said that the 2 cases were from the Greater Toronto Area and had no known travel history, exposure or high-risk contacts and are in self-isolation.
