India certainly had created one of the earlier and strictest Coronavirus Covid-19 lockdowns. However, India has overtaken Russia as the 3rd most-affected by cases nation behind the United States and Brazil. The Coronavirus Covid-19 death toll in India has exceeded 23 thousand.
