Ireland coronavirus death toll is 1,497

Ireland's coronavirus death toll has reached 1,497. Total number of confirmed virus cases is 23,401.

Ireland could possibly introduce a 14-day quarantine for anyone entering the country. This law would replace the current system which only advises travellers to self-isolate. The UK announced similar measures.

The EU Commission is expected soon to announce more rules on international travel between the bloc's 27 member states.

This could also be dangerous - allowing visitors from Ireland to enter Britain without undergoing quarantine. Efforts are needed to suppress the Coronavirus Covid-19.

Many pubs are hoping to open their doors as soon as June 29 or a later date.

It is interesting that Ireland is paying back Native Americans during coronavirus pandemic. The history goes a long time back for these kinds of relationships.
