Dominican Republic coronavirus death toll is 428
In the Dominican Republic, deaths from Coronavirus Covid-19 remain at 428, while positives increased to 12,314, with 204 new cases.
Dominican Republic did not record new coronavirus deaths in the last 24 hours. The first death due to COVID-19 registered in the country was on March 16.
Dominican Republic is coming closer to the end of its state of emergency. This brings more de-escalation and economic reopening. This Monday will mark the last 15 days of the state of emergency that has now run for more than two months in the country and will end June 1st.
